Leadership Team
Leon Zech, CRNA
Leon Zech is the founder and CEO of VeriCapture Health. He is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with extensive experience in direct patient care, clinical operations, and healthcare leadership, including previous service as a CRNA Director at Henry Ford Health.
Leon also holds a degree in accounting and previously worked in public accounting, giving him experience across clinical care, organizational leadership, finance, and business strategy.
Throughout his clinical career, Leon has seen the challenges healthcare organizations face when translating patient-safety standards into consistent bedside practice. He founded VeriCapture Health to develop practical technology that helps caregivers objectively assess patient positioning, provide immediate corrective guidance, and improve the quality of clinical documentation.
Leon leads VeriCapture’s strategic direction, product development, clinical partnerships, and commercialization efforts.
Parvinder Singh
Parvinder Singh is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of VeriCapture Health. He leads the technical development of the HAPIview platform, including its image-analysis capabilities, geometric measurement tools, application architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
Parvinder works closely with VeriCapture’s clinical leadership to translate bedside requirements into a secure, efficient, and user-friendly technology platform. His focus is creating a scalable system that can deliver timely positioning feedback while integrating naturally into clinical workflows.
Jill Zech, RN, MSA
Jill Zech serves as Vice President of Clinical Operations for VeriCapture Health. She is a registered nurse with a background in clinical leadership, healthcare operations, education, and financial management. She holds an accounting degree and a Master of Science in Administration.
Jill leads the development of VeriCapture’s clinical workflows, staff-education programs, and pilot implementation strategy. Her work helps ensure that HAPIview is practical for bedside caregivers, aligned with organizational standards, and supported by effective clinical education.
